At Aman Journey, we are committed to providing a reliable and punctual luxury chauffeur service. To maintain our high standards of service and fleet availability, we have established the following Booking and Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Reservation: All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once you receive an official confirmation email or a digital invoice from Aman Journey.
  • Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct flight details, pickup times, and full addresses. For Riad transfers, please provide the Riad name and the nearest accessible gate (Bab).

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Fixed Rates: Our rates are transparent and fixed at the time of booking. They include fuel, insurance, and professional chauffeur fees.
  • Excluded Costs: Unless otherwise stated, rates do not include gratuities (optional) or extra stops not mentioned in the original booking.
  • Advance Payment: To secure your luxury vehicle, full or partial payment (deposit) is required as per the invoice instructions.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. However, as our vehicles and chauffeurs are dedicated exclusively to your booking, the following charges apply:

  • Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Partial Refund (50%): If cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • No Refund (100% Charge): If cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Last-Minute Changes: Any changes to the pickup time made less than 6 hours before the service are subject to vehicle availability and may be treated as a new booking.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Definition: A “No-Show” occurs if the passenger fails to meet the chauffeur at the designated location and time without prior notice.
  • Consequence: In case of a No-Show, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
  • Communication: If you cannot find your chauffeur, please call or WhatsApp us immediately at +212 717-090593.

5. Waiting Time

  • Airport Pickups: We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual time of flight arrival (we track your flight).
  • Hotel/Riad/Private Address: We offer 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
  • Extended Waiting: After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at our standard hourly rate (pro-rated).

6. Specialized Riad & Medina Arrival

  • The Aman Promise: For Riad arrivals, our chauffeur will remain at the designated drop-off point until you are met by the Riad staff or a local porter.
  • Coordination: If the Riad staff is delayed, waiting fees may apply after 20 minutes of arrival at the Medina gate.

7. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Please note that transaction fees from third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

Aman Journey is not liable for failures to perform its obligations caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or sudden road closures by authorities.
