Welcome to Aman Journey. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all luxury chauffeur services, airport transfers, and private excursions provided by Aman Journey, operated from our headquarters in Marrakech, Morocco.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after an official confirmation email/invoice is sent by Aman Journey.
  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight numbers, pickup times, and destination details (including specific Riad names or “Babs” in the Medina).
  • Lead Time: While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Methods: We accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
  • Security: Aman Journey uses secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Aman Journey understands that plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the pickup time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup time or in case of a “No Show.”
  • Modification: Changes to bookings are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Waiting Time and Flight Delays

  • Airport Transfers: We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight arrival. We track all flights in real-time.
  • Other Pickups: For hotels, Riads, or private addresses, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
  • Excessive Waiting: After the complimentary period, an hourly waiting fee may apply.

6. Passenger Conduct and Safety

  • Non-Smoking: All Aman Journey vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
  • Cleanliness: Passengers are expected to maintain the vehicle’s condition. Damages caused by passengers may result in a cleaning or repair fee.
  • Safety: Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting aggressive or intoxicated behavior.

7. Luggage and Riad Coordination

  • Capacity: Each vehicle has a specific luggage capacity. Please ensure your luggage fits the vehicle type selected.
  • Medina Access: For Riad transfers, we will transport you to the nearest accessible point. Our chauffeurs will assist in coordinating with Riad staff or local porters for the final leg of your journey.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • Insurance: All vehicles and passengers are fully insured under Moroccan transportation laws.
  • Limitations: Aman Journey is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic accidents, or road closures).
  • Personal Items: Aman Journey is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. However, we will make every effort to return lost property found by our chauffeurs.

9. Data Protection (Law 09-08)

In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, Aman Journey is committed to protecting your personal data. Your information is used solely for the purpose of managing your bookings and improving our service. You have the right to access and rectify your data by contacting us at Contact@amanjourney.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Marrakech.
